We ran across this slideshow from a HubSpot posting (those guys post the best stuff). The end promotes the purpose of VCs, but the real value is in the premise of earning your media. Some of the assumptions are purely speculative, but do show great examples and trending.

The reason we like this slideshow so much is it touches on the idea that consumers want more interaction with businesses. The reach of a well thought out and creative viral marketing campaign with support of traditional media can save millions. Most importantly, it can have a higher reach and great consumer longevity.
